About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will work closely with our expert teams to deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions for our clients. The position reports to the Business Development Director, EU based in Vienna, Austria.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and close new sales.
  • Run successful discovery sessions to qualify customers further.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle with an emphasis on nurturing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain rapport with customer accounts using interpersonal skills.
  • Partner with the Marketing department to execute business development strategy and drive new leads.
  • Create custom proposals, negotiate, and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Comfortable communicating with technical audiences, including CTOs, VPs, Directors, Engineering Managers, and other engineering stakeholders.
  • A sound understanding of technical terminology, platforms, tools, and the overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • A personable individual who enjoys cultivating in-depth relationships with clients over transactional deals.
