About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ILS and CADM Engineer to join our team at OSB AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Configuration Management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the local Point of Contact for the GSOp ILS and CADM organization, providing expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct and support Configuration Control Boards, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with GSOp CCB Terms of Reference and standardized processes.
  • Liaise with and coordinate follow-up tasks with the originator of configuration change requests, ensuring that all necessary qualifications are met.
  • Document CCB dispositions in central tools, provide CCB minutes, and update configuration data in central CM tool.
  • Liaise with and support local Maintenance Teams regarding the ILS/CM interface, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Liaise and interface with local HE regarding PHS&T tasks, ensuring that all necessary requirements are met.
  • Support configuration audits/inspections to verify the correctness/accuracy of maintained configuration status.
  • Maintain and update CM/Asset status information in central tools, providing ILS/CM inputs to inquiries and reports.
  • Participate in GSOp internal Meetings, supporting GSOp ILS/CM reporting tasks with inputs gathered locally and via central tools.
  • Participate in GSOp external ILS/CM meetings to coordinate with external parties regarding ILS and Configuration Management aspects.
  • Contribute to ILS/CM engineering and analysis tasks as part of the continuous improvement process and event-driven evolutions.
  • Contribute to reviews of data packs received from infrastructure providers in the context of new releases/evolutions.About You

    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Telecommunications/Electronics/Informatics/Aerospace Engineering. Your expertise in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and/or Configuration Management (CM) disciplines and tasks is essential for this role.

    • You hold a degree in Telecommunications/Electronics/Informatics/Aerospace Engineering with several years of work experience or related work experience.
    • You have a good technical background/experience on the Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) and/or Configuration Management (CM) disciplines and tasks.
    • You are ideally experienced in the Galileo program.
    • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an intercultural and geographically distributed work environment.
    • You have good interpersonal liaising and communication skills with a strong attitude to teamwork.
    • You have a hands-on mentality and systematic, self-organized, able to prioritize way of working.
    • You are fluent in written and spoken English with knowledge of Italian and/or German.
    • You have fluent standard office automation tools (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.).About Us
