Senior Vendor Integration Specialist, Direct Fulfillment

Role Summary:
The Direct Fulfillment (DF) Onboarding Team is essential for integrating vendors into the DF processes and systems. This encompasses candidate validation, account setup, vendor training, ramp-up, and the transition to operations management. As a Senior Project Manager for DF Onboarding, you will oversee the integration of EU vendors into the DF program for a strategic group. Your commitment to enhancing our integration processes will focus on optimizing vendor experiences and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives across various product categories, collaborating with partner teams to establish long-term business and strategic goals.
  • Enhance automation by equipping vendors with superior self-service tools.
  • Drive improvements in collaboration with the DF Tech Product Team and align with Retail for both long-term and tactical planning.
  • Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects with Carriers, Vendors, Customer Service, and Retail teams to enhance customer and vendor experiences.
  • Work with the team to enhance tracking and monitoring of the integration pipeline to boost efficiency.
  • Analyze, monitor, and refine the DF integration process for First Party Amazon Carriers and Third Party partners across all EU marketplaces.
  • Prepare and facilitate Operations calls, business reviews, and workshops, proactively advising leadership on critical situations and planned mitigation strategies.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in managing program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related fields.
  • Experience in leading process enhancements.
  • Experience in implementing standardized processes and driving automation.
