About the Role: The Direct Fulfillment (DF) Onboarding Team plays a crucial role in integrating vendors into the DF processes and systems. This includes:

  • Candidate validation
  • Account configuration
  • Vendor training
  • Vendor ramp-up
  • Transitioning to operations management

As a Senior Project Manager for DF Onboarding, you will oversee the integration of European vendors into the DF program for a strategic group.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation in our integration processes
  • Focus on enhancing vendor experience
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding journey for vendors

This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, both internal and external, across different product families and regions.

Key Impact: You will be instrumental in elevating the vendor onboarding experience while influencing critical business decisions that enhance DF Operations performance for newly integrated vendors.
