About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Management Events. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various methods to find and engage with top talent, including online platforms and professional networks.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Assess candidate qualifications and experience to identify the best fit for our business needs.
  • Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future recruitment needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our business teams to provide recruitment support and ensure effective communication.
  • Trend Analysis and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and suggest improvements to our strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proficient in online tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Creativity: Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity, with the ability to think outside the box and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Independence and Prioritization: Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, with German language skills a plus.
