Ihre Aufgaben- Aktive Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
- Begleitung der Kandidaten während ihrer gesamten Reise als Bewerber
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und weiteren Schulungsthemen
- Beratung und Unterstützung für alle Beteiligten: Kandidaten, Fachabteilungen und externe Partner
- Beobachtung und Analyse von aktuellen Trends und Entwicklungen im Recruiting
- Offenheit für innovative Ansätze und neue Wege im Recruiting
- Platzierung von Stellenanzeigen und Auswahl geeigneter Rekrutierungskanäle (z. B. Jobportale, Active Sourcing, Personaldienstleister)
- Auswahl geeigneter Kandidaten und Durchführung von Erstgesprächen
- Präsentation des Unternehmens auf Recruiting-Veranstaltungen, Messen und Universitäten
- Abschluss oder Ausbildung im Bereich Personalwesen, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Fähigkeit, Talente zu erkennen und sie für das Unternehmen zu begeistern
- Neugier und die Fähigkeit, zwischen den Zeilen eines Lebenslaufs zu lesen
- Erfahrung im professionellen Führen von Bewerbungsgesprächen
- 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
- Sympathisches und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Starke Dienstleistungsorientierung, Organisationsgeschick und Flexibilität
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
