Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our business offices and central departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all matters related to the business offices and central departments
- Receive and greet visitors, and provide them with assistance as needed
- Coordinate and manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organize and maintain accurate records and files
- Provide administrative support for various projects and tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Completed education in a related field (e.g. business administration, office management)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
