Job Title: Project Manager EO Payloads & Missions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our EO Payloads & Missions project. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, supervising, developing, and technically leading the project team to ensure optimal team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with program managers, customers, and suppliers to ensure project success
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Develop and implement project plans, including work orders and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
