OHB System AG is a leading space company in Europe, part of the listed high-tech group OHB SE. We are seeking a Project Manager EO Payloads & Missions to join our team in Oberpfaffenhofen.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a project team to ensure successful project execution
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with program managers, customers, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Define and implement project risk management processes
  • Support the project team with operational tasks as needed

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or a related field, preferably with a specialization in aerospace
  • Several years of experience as a project manager or in a technically related position in space projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a high level of assertiveness and responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team, with flexibility, commitment, and resilience
  • Good written and spoken English language skills
  • Relevant knowledge of common MS Office and project management tools
