Your mission will be to ensure that our employees have access to the resources they need to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Incident Management: You will be the first point of contact for employees who experience technical issues with our systems, applications, or services. Your role will be to troubleshoot and resolve these issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Problem Management: You will work with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve underlying problems that cause technical issues. Your goal will be to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
- Change Management: You will be responsible for implementing changes to our systems, applications, or services. Your role will be to ensure that these changes are properly tested and validated before they are deployed to production.
- Service Desk Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service desk, including managing tickets, escalating issues to internal stakeholders, and providing status updates to employees.
- Technical Support: You will provide technical support to employees who experience issues with our business applications, services, and systems. Your role will be to troubleshoot and resolve these issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Asset Management: You will be responsible for managing the inventory of our company's assets, including hardware and software. Your goal will be to ensure that our assets are properly configured, updated, and secured.
