CCV GmbH is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist - Payment Solutions to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our payment systems by providing expert technical support to our valued customers.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties with our payment terminals and software solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting complex issues, identifying system improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve reported problems effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to payment terminals, software applications, and network connectivity.
  • Document all troubleshooting steps and customer interactions in our ticketing system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical problems.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies related to payment processing.
Requirements:
  • A technical degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or network engineering.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for software applications and hardware devices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
