Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and personable Purchasing Specialist in full-time for a long-term engagement. This role is with a thriving and globally recognized logistics firm that values employee growth and work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting team leaders and procurement agents with order processing and administrative duties
  • Acting as the primary contact for supplier communications and managing correspondence to facilitate team operations
  • Updating and maintaining supplier and product master data
  • Conducting price comparisons and tracking delivery schedules
  • Evaluating proposals and managing inquiries
  • Performing administrative functions in fleet management, including fuel card administration, registration organization, and coordinating vehicle logistics
Required Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training with initial experience in procurement
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in drafting professional correspondence
  • Strong command of MS Office and preferably experience with SAP
