Procurement Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Expert to join our team at AERO HighProfessionals. As a Procurement Expert, you will be responsible for supporting Request For Proposal (RFP) projects and contract extensions, contributing to RFP projects, and negotiating Supplemental Commercial Agreements (SCAs) or material contracts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support RFP projects and contract extensions
  • Contribute to RFP projects, coordinating relevant documents and tasks with related functions (Engineering, R&T, Procurement, Programs)
  • Negotiate SCAs or material contracts for RFPs and contract extensions
  • Support buyers in implementing given policies/targets and ensuring de-risking policies are properly integrated into contract extensions
  • Contribute to and support buyers in implementing market strategies based on the current supplier panel, technology intelligence, and benchmarks in all sourcing activities
  • Manage suppliers' contracts, including claims, contractual review meetings, and defining continuous improvement targets

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, economics, or Supply Chain
  • Work experience and knowledge in Procurement
  • First application knowledge in MS-Word and MS-Excel
  • Business fluent language skills in English and German
