At IGEL Technology, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the front office, processing procurement requests, and coordinating facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staffing of the front office with associated reception activities
  • Processing of all procurement requests (goods, licenses and services) in our Dynamics ERP system
  • Monitoring of the workflow of all procurement requests up to invoicing
  • Selection of suppliers and preparation of price comparisons
  • Legal pre-audit of offers/contracts
  • Coordination of facility management (including cleaning, security, utilities (water, electricity) for the German branches as well as cooperation with the facility management and external service providers
  • Organization of office materials
  • General administrative tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, shipping and support in event planning

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in purchasing or accounting is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications and Dynamics ERP system
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
