About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Expert to join our team at Mercedes-Benz. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for our workshop customers, providing expert advice and support.
  • Record and process vehicle and order data accurately and efficiently.
  • Accept and process vehicles digitally, using our photo box, telediagnosis, and service lead systems.
  • Pre-qualify, create, and process repair orders in our system, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Prepare vehicles for workshop processing as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Track completion dates and inform customers promptly, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out vehicle handovers, including invoice declaration, and explain vehicle and system functions to our customers.
  • Ensure a smooth process within the service team, working collaboratively to achieve excellent results.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of customer and service orientation.
  • Competent, confident, and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility in organizing working hours.
  • Good comprehension skills, including the use of current IT systems.
