Your Impact as a (Senior) Product Data Analyst:

  • As a healthtech firm operating a B2B marketplace in hospital discharge management, we seek an individual who can delve into data to identify customer challenges, validate hypotheses, support exploratory work, and drive continuous product enhancement. In this role, you will collaborate with our product team to facilitate data-informed decisions regarding feature development, launch strategies, and performance reporting.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass (but are not limited to):
    • Conducting research and executing A/B tests to generate and assess ideas for new features, modeling product launches to identify optimal customer segments and release strategies.
    • Working alongside design and product managers to map user journeys, enhancing our understanding of user needs and behaviors.
    • Creating and monitoring dashboards for new features and team KPIs, establishing baseline metrics for the improvement of existing functionalities.
    • Delivering key insights to product managers, design teams, and the broader management group.
    • Collaborating with the engineering team to enhance our data infrastructure and tracking capabilities, while actively participating in AGILE ceremonies.

  • Data Sources: Postgres OLTP, Salesforce, Chargebee
  • Data Warehouse: Snowflake
  • ELT Tools: Stitch/DBT
  • Visualization: Looker


Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline).
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a product analyst or data analyst with a focus on product development.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into data analysis specifications and a history of generating and communicating actionable insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with SQL and a desire to expand your skill set (LookML, Python).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B Testing methodologies.
  • Fluency in English is required (German proficiency is a plus).
