Key Responsibilities- Lead the Development and Maintenance of the BI Structure: Develop and maintain the company's Business Intelligence (BI) structure to support strategic business initiatives.
- Conduct Complex Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract deep insights and trends that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Create Advanced Dashboards and Reports: Design and develop advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Act as a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand their data needs and deliver actionable intelligence.
- Facilitate Data-Driven Discussions: Facilitate data-driven discussions and workshops with stakeholders to enhance organizational data literacy.
- Develop and Implement Data Validation and Cleansing Processes: Develop and implement comprehensive data validation and cleansing processes to maintain the highest data quality standards.
- Lead the Continuous Improvement of the BI Infrastructure: Lead the continuous improvement and optimization of the BI infrastructure and reporting capabilities using advanced BI tools and platforms.
- Mentor and Develop Junior Analysts: Mentor and develop junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Master's Degree in Business, Data Science, or Related Field: A master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Business Intelligence: 5+ years of extensive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proven Track Record of Delivering Strategic Insights: A proven track record of delivering strategic insights and high-quality reports in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Proficiency in BI Tools: Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL Processes: Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and real-time data processing frameworks.
