We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (f/m/d) to become a vital part of the Vendor Sales & Operations - Data Team, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional experiences.
The effective acquisition of high-quality restaurants is essential for achieving Delivery Hero's profitability objectives. Our focus includes determining what to acquire, identifying optimal locations, prioritizing our lead backlog, selecting the best channels for investment, and enhancing the vendor onboarding experience.
Your Mission:
- Taking ownership of the analytics component across various projects for the Vendor management team, which may include Competitor Intelligence, Vendor Relationship Management, Grading, and Account Management.
- Delivering data-driven projects and providing actionable insights that support both business and product teams.
Your Heroic Skills
- A strong passion for data, problem-solving, and generating insights that drive business impact.
- Highly skilled in SQL.
- Proficient in data visualization and storytelling techniques.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A solid understanding of business operations.
Nice to have:
- Experience with process orchestration tools (preferably DBT and Airflow).
- Familiarity with A/B Testing methodologies.
- Practical experience with version control systems such as Git.
