As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Intelligence team by maintaining data integrity, performing ad-hoc tasks, and creating data models.
Key Responsibilities- Data Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data by performing regular data validation and maintenance tasks.
- Business Intelligence Support: Provide support to the Business Intelligence team by performing ad-hoc tasks, researching data, and creating data models.
- Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to gain valuable insights and inform business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate data insights effectively to drive business outcomes.
- Education: Pursuing a degree in Business Informatics or a related field with a focus on IT.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and experience working with Business Intelligence tools and SQL solutions.
- Database Knowledge: Knowledge of databases and data warehousing principles.
- Industry Experience: Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented, eager to learn, and open to diverse perspectives and approaches.
