About the Role

HelloFresh is a data-driven company, and our Product-Portfolio Management team relies heavily on insights to inform our strategic investments. We're looking for a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with cross-functional senior leadership and drive meaningful improvements in our data quality and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to support decision-making, tracking product-portfolio performance and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Identify business problems and translate them into data-driven hypotheses, perform statistical analysis, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data products across the product life cycle using Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Work with peers and stakeholders to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in digital-first, cross-functional organizations, with a minimum of 3 years in business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau), and analytical models.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence business decisions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
