Deine Rolle

Als UX Lead bei azeti GmbH wirst du hauptsächlich für die User Experience von unserer brandneuen Manufacturing Execution Platform verantwortlich. Du wirst die UX-Research und UX Design Arbeiten für verschiedene Projekte leiten und organisieren, um die Benutzerbedürfnisse für komplexe industrielle Prozesse zu analysieren und die daraus entstehenden Interaktionskonzepte und Interaktionsabläufe zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben werden sich auf die Weiterführung des Design Systems, die Research Dokumentation und die Sicherstellung einer effizienten Zusammenarbeit zwischen UX und PO/PMs, Kunden und Entwicklern konzentrieren.

Deine Qualifikationen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sprichst fließend Englisch.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich, wie Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Grafikdesign oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung in Personalführung und/oder Projektleitung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Design Vorlagen und Prototypen in Figma, sowie quantitativen und qualitativen Research.
  • Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse in Design Thinking, der Konzeption von Softwarefunktionen durch User Journeys und Wireframe Flows.
  • Kompetenz in agiler Zusammenarbeit und SCRUM Routinen, sowie Organisationssoftware JIRA und Confluence.
  • Idealerweise nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Konzeption datengetriebener Unternehmenssoftware (B2B, Industrie).
  • Du bist eine aufgeschlossene Person, zeichnest Dich durch Deine kreative, pragmatische und analytische Denkweise aus und bringst ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit.
