Product Developer for Hydrogen and Ammonia Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Developer to join our team at Uniper, focusing on hydrogen and ammonia solutions. As a key member of our product and business development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the energy transition and transforming our company towards climate-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative sales strategies for green ammonia in collaboration with the team.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ammonia and hydrogen market, including potential customers and strategic partners.
- Coordinate and actively participate in the creation of ammonia business contracts and letters of intent.
- Support the development of necessary product features based on market feedback, together with the team.
- Challenging and optimizing business cases for ammonia with input from various teams (technical, market, legal, approval, regulatory, etc.).
- Advising potential customers and obtaining feedback on our solutions.
- Conducting internal and external workshops and presentations on our products.
- Degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in the development of innovative products, sales strategies, and/or business development.
- Experience in the conceptual design of new business ideas with knowledge of negotiating and drafting customer contracts.
- Strong communication skills to operate effectively both internally and with customers at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to combine different customer requirements and market developments into new, value-adding business opportunities.
- Fluent in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage.
