Product Developer Hydrogen

As a Product Developer Hydrogen at Uniper, you will be part of our team responsible for developing innovative products and solutions for the hydrogen energy market. Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating sales strategies, and coordinating the creation of H2 business contracts and letters of intent.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies for green hydrogen from advanced H2 projects
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hydrogen energy market, including potential customers and strategic partners
- Coordinate and participate in the creation of H2 business contracts and letters of intent
- Support the development of new product features based on market feedback, together with the team
- Question and optimize business cases for hydrogen with input from various teams
- Advise potential customers and obtain feedback on our solutions
- Conduct training and presentations on our products, both internally and externally
- Degree in business administration or economics, engineering, or industrial engineering, or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in the development of new products, sales strategies, and/or business development
- Experience in the conceptual development of new business ideas and knowledge of negotiating and drafting customer contracts
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and internal teams
- Entrepreneurial personality with the ability to combine different customer needs and market developments into new business opportunities
- Strong expertise and network in one or more of the following industries: steel, refineries, chemicals, glass/ceramics, or strong sales experience
- Fluency in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
