**Transforming the Energy Landscape**

At Uniper, we are committed to shaping the future of energy. As a key member of our product and business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving the energy transition and promoting climate-friendly solutions.

**Your Responsibilities**

  • Develop innovative sales strategies for green ammonia, collaborating with our team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Identify and develop new business prospects in the ammonia and hydrogen market, including potential customers and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate and participate in the creation of ammonia business contracts and letters of intent, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support the development of necessary product features based on market feedback, working closely with our team.
  • Challenge and optimize business cases for ammonia, incorporating input from various teams, including technical, market, legal, approval, regulatory, and more.
  • Advise potential customers and gather feedback on our solutions, ensuring we meet their evolving needs.
  • Conduct internal and external workshops and presentations on our products, effectively communicating our value proposition.

**Your Profile**

  • Hold a degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Possess several years of professional experience in developing innovative products, sales strategies, and/or business development.
  • Have experience in conceptualizing new business ideas, with knowledge of negotiating and drafting customer contracts.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers at all levels.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of combining diverse customer requirements and market developments into new, value-adding business opportunities.
  • Advantageous, but not required: a strong technical background and extensive network in one or more of the following industries: ammonia, chemicals, fertilizer production, mobility (road, shipping, aviation), or strong sales experience (e.g., natural gas, technical sales).
  • Fluency in German and English, with other foreign languages an asset.
