Core Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute engaging narratives and campaign strategies specifically designed for the Central European market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Formulate and implement detailed local marketing initiatives that align with both business unit and regional objectives, focusing on targeted themes
  • Effectively manage influencer marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to balance consumer demand with shopper conversion
  • Analyze theme performance and foster marketing innovation through a thorough examination of channels and touchpoints
  • Work in conjunction with audience teams and the LEGO Masterbrand to ensure alignment on portfolio narratives and essential deliverables

Your Contribution

As part of our Marketing Team, you will collaborate with skilled marketers to translate global strategies into actionable local marketing plans for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your contributions will play a crucial role in inspiring the builders of tomorrow by managing a comprehensive marketing toolkit and engaging with various teams and partners.

Essential Qualifications

  • Significant experience in Brand/Product Management, Communications, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated success in creating integrated marketing strategies
  • Strong foundation in planning and executing (digital) media strategies
  • Expertise in influencer marketing and business management
  • Proven business insight, strategic thinking, and a strong drive for results
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and language proficiency (English & German)
