In the realm of Marketing & Communication, we are offering exciting opportunities across Germany with esteemed clients, ranging from Junior Product Manager to Head of Marketing (m/f/d).
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Global Brand Strategy Manager (m/f/d) for our client, a leading global hygiene and healthcare organization, on a freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft exceptional BtoC communication strategies (360 including TV, Digital, BTL) and coordinate all associated initiatives to foster remarkable brand experiences that maintain the vitality and strength of our brands.
- Oversee and collaborate with creative and media agency partners.
- Work closely with key regions (including but not limited to France, Germany, Colombia, Mexico, Finland, Hungary) as well as global media, digital, and innovation teams.
- Formulate strategic communication and media recommendations for our brands, collaborating with and implementing strategies in key markets.
- Evaluate brand performance, advertising effectiveness, and other metrics to derive insights and suggest enhancements.
- Assess the impact of various media strategies and disseminate best practices across different markets.
Qualifications:
- A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in communication development within the FMCG sector and/or experience in an advertising agency.
- A proven history in B2C advertising development and communication planning, particularly in TV, OLV, and Social media.
- A strong enthusiasm for understanding consumer, customer, and shopper behavior.
- A desire to lead, with the capability to collaboratively guide cross-functional and virtual teams within a matrix organization.
- Exceptional project management abilities, a proactive approach, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, with a willingness to challenge existing norms.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation capabilities - fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
