Trainee Position in Brand Communication

Your responsibilities at Siemens:
  • Acquire practical experience in global brand communication for the Siemens brand
  • Develop into a communications professional through a customized two-year trainee program
  • Collaborate with the Brand Activation team at Siemens AG headquarters, focusing on brand management, employer branding, content creation, and digital media strategies
  • Engage in various corporate functions and business units, supplemented by specialized seminars on communication subjects
  • Oversee projects related to the Siemens corporate brand and employer branding, including research, conceptual development, and event coordination
Your qualifications:
  • Master's degree in communication, media studies, or business administration with a focus on marketing
  • Previous internships showcasing relevant experience
  • Interest in both technical and business dimensions
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, applications, and social media platforms
  • Fluency in German and English, along with intercultural competencies
  • Understanding of data analytics and sustainability practices
  • Experience in content creation and editorial processes
  • Familiarity with tools such as Spinklr, Adobe Analytics, and content management systems
