About the Role

The Channel & Customer Marketing Manager Advocacy is responsible for seeding and building our brands and portfolio through engagement with key influencers in the on-trade channel. The aim is to build strong and meaningful relationships with the right partners that share our values to leverage their influencing power.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Advocacy team to develop and grow the Campari Academy Manager.
  • Ensure a conscious leadership mindset and empowerment on all levels to foster personal growth.
  • Establish a winning culture under the umbrella of the Campari Group leadership values and behaviors.

Bartending Advocacy & Influencers

  • Identify relevant influencers and opinion leaders in the on-trade bartender, bar owner, and journalist communities.
  • Acquire new customers and care for existing cooperations.
  • Develop advocacy concepts and campaigns for our portfolio and be responsible for the successful development of our existing portfolio programs.
  • Develop and execute brand-specific advocacy and event projects.

Campari Academy

  • Manage the Campari Academy and establish it as the leading education and engagement platform in Germany and beyond.
  • Continuously evolve the contents and education modules in line with our brand strategies.
  • Evolve and scale the education programs to maximize ROI.

Communications

  • Strategy and management of our digital B2B channels, including B2B PR.
  • Develop the digital Campari Academy platform.
  • Lead and manage the digital agency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the CCM On-Trade team and sales teams to manage operational plan execution and continuous improvements on the Advocacy elements of the perfect store playbook.
  • Work closely with the GCCM team to maximize the impact of local initiatives or leverage global assets.
  • Budget control, compilation of reports, and analysis, tracking, and reporting of KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Apprenticeship, Business Administration, event management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in on-trade, event, or project management, channel & customer marketing, or related roles.
  • Team spirit, creativity, high level of self-responsibility.
  • High level of interest in bar culture and innovations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, business thinking.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
