Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks on electrical components of offshore substations and transition pieces.
  • You will conduct inspections and measurements on lightning protection systems of offshore substations.
  • You will inspect and test electrical systems and equipment in accordance with VDE 0105/DGUV V3 standards.
  • You will organize and prepare for offshore operations, including planning and coordination.
  • You will perform troubleshooting and repair tasks to ensure safe operation of electrical systems.
  • You will document offshore operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • You will analyze faults and develop recommendations for corrective action.
  • You will assist in the commissioning of offshore wind farms and perform initial inspections.
  • You will develop and maintain technical documentation, including working instructions and risk assessments.

Your Profile

  • You have a technical background and a degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • You have experience in electrical maintenance and repair, with a focus on offshore wind energy.
  • You have knowledge of lightning protection systems and their maintenance.
  • You have experience with battery systems and their maintenance.
  • You have a good understanding of electrical distribution systems, including substations and switchgear.
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You have a valid driver's license and are able to travel frequently.
  • You have a good understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
