We are seeking a skilled engineer for wind turbines (m/f/d) to oversee the technical planning and execution of offshore wind initiatives. Your Responsibilities- Engage in the development, planning, and execution of offshore wind projects on both national and international scales.
- Act as the technical work package manager for wind turbines, overseeing contract negotiations through to the execution of supply contracts and handover to operational teams.
- Coordinate scheduling, budget management, and interdisciplinary collaboration within the project team.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations (HSE) throughout all project phases.
- Conduct technical due diligence processes for offshore wind projects.
- Identify and manage technical risks, issues, and project impacts.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and processes.
- Ensure compliance with national and international approval and certification standards.
- Support the contractual compliance of technical documentation.
- Oversee execution work, including installations and commissioning offshore, and manage acceptance processes as needed.
- Participate in industry-specific working groups and research initiatives.
- A degree in electrical engineering, wind energy technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in a project management role within infrastructure or energy sectors, with a focus on offshore wind turbine supply contracts.
- Strong technical knowledge of large electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative team player mentality.
- A professional demeanor characterized by politeness and competence.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and market trends.
- A reliable, structured approach to work with a focus on process-oriented thinking.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including offshore work when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- A valid driving license (B or class 3).
