  • Project Coordination & Delivery:
    • Manage and oversee multiple projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project outcomes with client expectations and company goals.
  • Strategic Advisory & Optimization:
    • Work with clients to identify opportunities for optimizing their learning strategies and maximizing the impact of our solutions.
    • Support business growth by identifying new client needs and suggesting tailored solutions that meet those needs.
    • Gather and analyze feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Communication & Content Development:

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in a role involving project management, client engagement, or strategic consulting, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in the learning or knowledge management field is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
    • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering results and driving client success.
    • Technologically adept, with experience using task/project management software, communication platforms, etc.
