Your Responsibilities

  • Your role encompasses strategic consulting, economic feasibility assessments, agile organizational development, system and process improvements, project management, and support for large-scale transformation initiatives within the insurance sector.
  • As a team member in our projects, you will assist insurance firms with strategic and operational inquiries—ranging from strategy formulation and sales optimization to the digitization of business models, sustainability issues, customer interface enhancements, the application of data analytics/AI in core processes, efficiency improvements, and automation, as well as supporting make-or-buy decisions regarding the implementation of new core insurance systems.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to the expansion of our service portfolio and the development of thought leadership (e.g., studies or market assessments).
  • You will also engage in marketing and sales activities, such as preparing proposals.
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert for our clients on your projects.
Your Profile
  • As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in Management Consulting Insurance, you will possess a well-rounded degree in economics, humanities, or natural sciences.
  • Ideally, you have over two years of experience in the insurance industry—preferably in a consulting firm or in-house consulting role within an insurance company.
  • You have a solid understanding of the business models in the insurance sector and possess expertise in at least one relevant future topic for the insurance industry.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to structure and communicate complex relationships are among your strengths.
  • You are willing to travel to provide on-site consulting for our clients.
  • Fluent German and English language skills complete your qualifications.
