Your Responsibilities

- Engage internationally with our clients and collaborate with KPMG teams across the globe.
- Maintain regular communication with foreign top management at their headquarters.
- Integrate unique accounting topics related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Lead a local team within an international project.
- Manage diverse projects ranging from the preparation of pro forma financial statements to GAAP conversions and process harmonization.
- Utilize your intercultural skills and language proficiency to provide added value to our clients.
- Establish an international network, both internally and externally.
- To become a Lead Consultant in Financial Advisory (w/m/d) with us, you should possess a successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or auditing.
- You should have three to four years of professional experience in auditing or accounting advisory.
- A successful internship at an auditing or consulting firm, preferably in the accounting sector, is required.
- You should demonstrate a structured approach, a critical mindset, and a proven commitment to quality service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, is essential.
- You must be fluent in English and German, and ideally possess proficiency in another language, preferably demonstrated through studies or work experience abroad.
- A high willingness to travel is a key aspect of your qualifications.
