Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Verantwortlichen, der unsere Vertriebsoperationen auf ein höheres Niveau bringt. Als Head of Sales Operations wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Umsetzung unserer Vision spielen.

Aufgaben
  • Führung und Entwicklung von Teams: Du wirst die Leitung unserer Teams in den Bereichen Customer Care, B2B und Retail Backoffice übernehmen und deren Weiterentwicklung sicherstellen.
  • Sales-Prozessoptimierung: Du wirst bestehende Sales-Prozesse analysieren und Optimierungspotenziale identifizieren, um Effizienz, Produktivität und Kundenzufriedenheit zu maximieren.
  • Strategische Verantwortung: Du wirst eng mit den Sales-Channel-Verantwortlichen zusammenarbeiten und gemeinsam Strategien zur Steigerung unserer Wettbewerbsfähigkeit entwickeln.
  • Projektmanagement: Du wirst abteilungsübergreifende Sales-Projekte steuern und koordinieren und sicherstellen, dass alle Projekte termingerecht und im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmenszielen umgesetzt werden.
  • Systemverwaltung und Implementierung: Du wirst die Verwaltung aller sales-relevanten Systeme und Tools übernehmen und die Integration und Implementierung neuer Technologien vorantreiben.
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit: Du wirst die abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit koordinieren und sicherstellen, dass alle Sales-Aktivitäten optimal aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams: Du solltest mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams in den Bereichen Sales Operations, Customer Care oder B2B/Wholesale haben.
  • Analytische Denkweise: Du solltest eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise haben und in der Lage sein, bestehende Sales-Prozesse zu analysieren und Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
  • Projektmanagement: Du solltest Erfahrung im Projektmanagement haben und in der Lage sein, komplexe Projekte erfolgreich zu steuern und umzusetzen.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du solltest fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprechen und in der Lage sein, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und überzeugend zu kommunizieren.
  • Serviceorientierung: Du solltest eine starke Serviceorientierung haben und stets bestrebt sein, die Erwartungen unserer Kunden zu übertreffen.
  • Proaktive Herangehensweise: Du solltest eine proaktive Herangehensweise haben und bereit sein, operative Aufgaben zu übernehmen, um deine strategischen Ziele zu erreichen.
