**Head of Creator Operations**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Creator Department at SongPush. As the Head of Creator Operations, you will be responsible for growing and leading our supply side, focusing on relationships with Creators and Creator Management Agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Top Talent Acquisition: Identify and acquire top creators, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Agency Partnerships: Build and maintain long-lasting partnerships with top creator agencies.
- Goals & KPI Planning: Develop and track acquisition goals, establish efficient reporting systems, and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Creator Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with marketing to acquire new creators, develop scalable communication systems, and secure contracts with top creators.
- Creator Agency Acquisition & Retention: Identify and categorize relevant creator agencies, design and execute a lean sales funnel, and track the sales process with CRM.
- Experience: Proven experience managing relationships with creators, background in personalized outreach and lead generation, and deep knowledge of the creator economy.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, relationship management, problem-solving, team leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset.
