Key Responsibilities- Identifying, reaching out to, and securing potential corporate partners for our forest-based climate protection initiatives.
- Overseeing the complete Sales Lifecycle from initial contact and contract negotiations to ongoing account management.
- Establishing value-driven partnerships with corporate clients and ensuring their long-term satisfaction.
- Convincing partners of the reliability of our CO2 solutions and providing ongoing advisory support.
- Engaging in events and trade exhibitions for client acquisition.
- Collaborating closely with our extended sales team as well as our experts in forestry, CO2, and product development.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partner management, or business development, preferably within the ClimateTech or environmental sectors. We welcome applicants from sustainability management or consultancy backgrounds.
- Proactive work ethic, ability to take initiative, and capacity to quickly grasp and articulate complex topics.
- Ability to work independently with high self-motivation and strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Genuine passion for sustainability and a foundational understanding of nature-based solutions and sustainability management.
- Staying informed about the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the Voluntary Carbon Market.
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
