Your Responsibilities
Are you eager to assist in the enhancement, automation, and refinement of our procurement systems and processes? Your contributions will be vital in shaping:

  • Engagement in innovative initiatives across our comprehensive digital procurement and travel system landscape, with a particular emphasis on boosting automation, efficiency, and minimizing errors within our Supplier Management System.
  • The Supplier Management System encompasses modules related to contract management, supplier oversight, and cost savings.
  • You will serve as the primary contact for our Supplier Management System for procurement personnel.
  • Management of change and project initiatives related to the Supplier Management System will also be part of your role.
  • Monitoring, administration, and documentation of processes will be essential tasks.
  • Additionally, you will provide training and support to our team members in utilizing the Supplier Management System effectively.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to comprehend their needs and devise innovative solutions will be crucial.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and enhancement of procurement processes through AI, RPA, and low-code technologies will be part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile

  • As an Internal Consultant for Procurement Systems and Processes (m/f/d), you possess a relevant business education or degree.
  • Familiarity with SAP (SAP S/4 FI, MM and SAP ARIBA, Supplier Lifecycle Management) is advantageous.
  • You demonstrate the ability to analyze intricate issues, formulate innovative solutions, and communicate them effectively.
  • Moreover, you exhibit initiative, goal orientation, a strong sense of responsibility, quick comprehension, high-quality awareness, and the capacity to work diligently, accurately, and reliably under pressure.
  • Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, along with good command of English, is essential.
