Role Overview:
- Design and execute digital procurement strategies and initiatives across various countries.
- Work closely with the internal IT team to guarantee effective project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a primary liaison for digital transformation initiatives and the standardization of operational processes.
- Lead the digitization of procurement workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee project timelines and interdependencies, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Participate in procurement functions including sourcing, bidding, pricing, and supplier evaluation.
- Encourage knowledge exchange and thorough documentation within project teams.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of the article master data strategy.
- Foster collaboration among various departments and spearhead development processes for streamlined applications.
- Proactively influence the vision for article master data and uphold data quality standards.
- Manage change initiatives and transformation projects effectively.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project and process management.
- Consulting background with skills in managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and a comprehensive understanding of the procurement lifecycle.
- Expertise in change management.
- Experience in master data management is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and proficiency in both German and English.
