In this role, you will engage in stimulating and demanding projects within Procurement, Finance, and internal Tax & Treasury. Your focus will be within the Procurement Performance & Compliance division, where you will assist in enhancing procurement systems and processes tailored to the requirements of internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  • As a Procurement Systems Consultant, a relevant business education or degree is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems (including SAP S/4 FI, MM, SAP ARIBA, and Supplier Lifecycle Management) is advantageous.
  • You will be expected to dissect complex challenges, devise innovative solutions, and articulate them effectively.
  • Demonstrating initiative, goal orientation, accountability, rapid comprehension, a strong quality focus, and the ability to perform accurately under pressure is crucial.
  • Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, along with solid English skills, is required.
Your Profile

If you are eager to play a role in the evolution, automation, and enhancement of our procurement systems and processes, you will be involved in:
  • Driving innovative initiatives within our digital Procurement & Travel System framework, emphasizing automation, efficiency, and minimizing errors in our Supplier Management System.
  • The Supplier Management System encompasses modules related to supplier contracts, supplier oversight, and cost savings.
  • Serving as the primary contact for our Supplier Management System for procurement personnel.
  • Leading change management and project initiatives associated with the Supplier Management System.
  • Overseeing, managing, and documenting activities linked to the system.
  • Delivering training and support to staff on utilizing the Supplier Management System.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to grasp their needs and formulate innovative solutions.
  • Identifying avenues for automation and enhancements in procurement processes through AI, RPA, and Low-Code technologies.
