Role Overview:
- Design and execute digital procurement processes and initiatives across various countries.
- Work closely with the internal IT team to ensure effective project management and seamless knowledge transfer.
- Serve as a primary contact for digitalization initiatives and the standardization of operational processes.
- Advance the digital transformation of procurement operations to improve overall efficiency.
- Oversee project streams and interdependencies, maintaining clarity for all stakeholders involved.
- Participate in procurement functions including sourcing, tendering, pricing strategies, and supplier assessments.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and thorough documentation practices within project teams.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of article master data strategies.
- Foster collaboration among various departments and lead the development of efficient application processes.
- Proactively influence the vision for article master data and uphold data quality standards.
- Lead initiatives in change management and transformation projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project and process management.
- Consulting background with strong skills in managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Expertise in change management.
- Experience in master data management is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and proficiency in both German and English.
