About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY UK LIMITED. As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving the sales of large projects focused on renewables, industries, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture key opportunities in various markets and segments.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers to secure repeat business.
- Work with segment leaders and local marketing and sales teams to implement sales strategies.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with sales opportunities.
- Ensure sales activities align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on large and complex projects.
- Proven track record of success in the electrical and power industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and across different regions.
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
