The Global RFP Programs Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the international RFP Programs department in achieving its daily and long-term goals. This includes working closely with global sales directors, RFP department team coordinators, and hotelier members to drive department success and targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Cvent Lanyon Vault, a web-based contracting tool
* Provide training and support to member hotels on contract software systems
* Liaise with Regional & Area Managing Directors, Global Distribution Systems, and Revenue Management/Reservations Teams globally
* Manage multiple simultaneous deadlines and prioritize work effectively
* Perform routine departmental administrative duties

Requirements

* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgment in associate relations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools

Working Conditions

This role is based in the Munich Office and requires a professional and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will be seated most of the time and work on web-based tools, email, and telephone.

Preferred Qualifications

* Hotel sales, front desk, or reservations experience
* Ability to work in a global environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
