Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented individual to take on the role of a B2B Key Account Manager. In this position, you will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing relationships with our corporate clients, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Your primary focus will be on direct sales and effective client management, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in direct sales initiatives to attract new business clients
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication
  • Effectively present and articulate our products and services to prospective clients
  • Design customized solutions that cater to the specific needs of each client
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage pricing and proposals
  • Keep precise records of all client interactions and activities in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in a B2B context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to comprehend client needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Proficiency in German; knowledge of English is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
