THE ROLE

Beam GmbH is seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Marketing Strategist (m/f/x) to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in brand positioning to create impactful content across essential channels, with a focus on websites and LinkedIn.


As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate closely with startup founders to enhance their marketing efforts through three key areas: 1) Defining their brand positioning, 2) Developing strategies to effectively communicate this positioning, and 3) Executing these strategies by producing high-quality, original content. Additionally, you will contribute to elevating the content quality for Beam.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1. Align the content and marketing strategies of our startups with clear brand positioning, working alongside Beam's design team to ensure cohesive branding and content execution.
  2. Produce high-quality, native English content that effectively conveys our startups' positioning, while experimenting with various content types to identify what resonates best.
  3. Write, edit, and enhance existing content, with a foundational understanding of content optimization and SEO practices, utilizing tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
  4. Analyze the performance of your content and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  5. Take charge of Beam's primary online channels (website, blog, newsletter, LinkedIn) by creating content that boosts online visibility and audience engagement.
  6. Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, coordinating with the design team for any necessary visuals.
  7. Assist the sales teams in customer acquisition efforts through content creation, paid marketing initiatives, PR strategies, and lead generation.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Proven experience in brand development and content creation that highlights this branding, ideally within the logistics or tech sectors, either in a startup, digital agency, or as a freelancer.
  2. Proficiency in LinkedIn management, with a solid understanding of effective practices and metrics that drive success in Account Based Marketing and Social Selling.
  3. A quick learner who works independently and is eager to tackle new challenges.
  4. Familiarity with SEO optimization and Google Analytics.
  5. A creative mindset with the ability to produce original content, along with basic knowledge of CMS tools (Wordpress, Webflow, etc.).
  6. Excellent command of business English, with strong writing skills that reflect structured thinking, attention to detail, and a touch of creativity in language use.
