THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Marketing Strategist (m/f/x) to become an integral part of our team at Beam. Your expertise in brand positioning will be crucial in crafting high-quality written content across essential channels, particularly on websites and LinkedIn.
As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate closely with startup founders to enhance their marketing efforts, focusing on three key areas: 1) Defining their brand positioning, 2) Developing strategies to effectively communicate this positioning, 3) Implementing these strategies through the creation of original, high-quality content. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing Beam's own content.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Align the content and marketing strategies of our startups with clear brand positioning. Work alongside Beam's design team to ensure consistency in branding and content execution. Produce high-quality, native English content that effectively conveys our startups' positioning. You will experiment with various content types, learning quickly from successes and failures. Write, edit, proofread, and refine existing content. Familiarity with content optimization and SEO practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, is beneficial. We utilize tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. Track the performance of your content and identify areas for improvement. Take charge of Beam's primary online channels (website, blog, newsletter, LinkedIn) and generate content to enhance online visibility and audience engagement. Create and manage paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, collaborating with the design team for any necessary visuals. Assist the sales teams in customer acquisition efforts, which includes developing content, managing paid marketing campaigns, and generating qualified leads.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Proven experience in brand development and content creation that highlights this branding. Familiarity with content planning and performance tracking using analytics is preferred. Experience in the logistics or tech sectors, whether in a startup, digital agency, or as a freelancer, is advantageous. Proficient in using LinkedIn, with a solid understanding of best practices. Experience managing profiles or company pages and knowledge of key metrics is essential. Familiarity with concepts like Account Based Marketing and Social Selling is a plus. Quick learner, capable of working independently, and eager to tackle new challenges. Basic understanding of content optimization for SEO and experience with Google Analytics. Creative mindset with a knack for producing original content. Comfortable using basic CMS tools (Wordpress, Webflow, etc.). Fluent in business English, with strong writing skills, attention to detail in grammar and spelling, and a touch of creativity in your wording.
