Unser Kunde ist ein führendes Logistikunternehmen, das einen Business Development Executive (m/w/d) für den Bereich Air/Ocean - New Client Acquisition sucht.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen
  • Verantwortung für Verkaufs- und Vertriebsaktivitäten im zugewiesenen Gebiet
  • Akquise von Neukunden und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Identifikation von Einsatzbereichen für Dienstleistungen und Produkte bei potenziellen Kunden
  • Strategische Betreuung und Entwicklung des bestehenden Kundenstamms
  • Verhandlung von Konditionen sowie Präsentation von Angeboten und Konzepten
  • Intensive Betreuung der Kunden zur Umsetzung von Verkaufszielen und Strategien
  • Erreichung bzw. Steigerung von Umsatz- und Ergebniszielen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern und operativen Teams


Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Unternehmerisches und ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Logistikprodukten (See- und Luftfracht) im Außendienst
  • Starke kommunikative Kompetenzen zur Kundenanforderungsaufnahme und Lösungsfindung
  • Verhandlungs- und Abschlusssicherheit
  • Aktuelle Kenntnisse des Marktes für See- und Luftfracht
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
  • Reisebereitschaft und Erfahrung mit digitalen Meetings
  • Nachweisbare Vertriebserfahrung im Außendienst
