Role Summary:

As a Regional Leadership Development Manager at Hyundai, you will be responsible for implementing leadership development programs across Europe. This includes managing the delivery of training courses, engaging with learners, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs. You will also be responsible for enhancing the design and delivery of assessment programs to ensure that career development standards are met across all European stakeholders.

We Want You to:
  • Design and implement leadership training curricula, refresh content as needed, and develop assessment programs for heads of departments.
  • Monitor and ensure learning effectiveness, create business impact through effective communication, and engage stakeholders.
  • Spearhead leadership community development, engage regional leaders, and plan recognition events.
  • Consult and support leaders with individual development goals, design assessment programs, and focus on digitalizing talent assessment.
  • Receive strategic goals and success criteria, develop and execute annual business plans, and act on regional level to gather buy-in.
  • Implement and communicate processes, policies, and systems, and monitor their governance.
  • Collaborate with external partners, ensure a positive experience, and control quality of training delivery.
About You:
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in related position or specialization in Europe.
  • Experience in setting and supporting implementation of strategies and driving results within the HR function.
  • Able to interact with stakeholders, influence, develop, and motivate people, and engage in changing behaviors.
