Regional Leadership Development Manager

Role Summary:

As a key member of the Hyundai team, the Regional Leadership Development Manager will be responsible for implementing leadership development programs across Europe. This will involve managing the delivery of training courses or programs, engaging with learners across multiple subsidiaries, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs. Additionally, the successful candidate will enhance the design and delivery of assessment programs to ensure that career development standards are effectively utilized across all European stakeholders.

We Want You to:
  • Design and implement leadership training curricula, refresh content as needed, and develop leadership development tracks for junior and mid-level managers, as well as assessment programs for heads of departments.
  • Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of learning programs, with a focus on real-world application and business impact through effective communication of programs and processes to all stakeholders.
  • Spearhead the development of a leadership community through the activation of an existing blueprint, driving a leadership-driven transformation culture. This will involve engaging with regional leaders to drive and sustain this community, planning recognition events, and activating business impact use cases for certified leaders.
  • Consult and support selected leaders and assessment program participants with individual development goals and follow-up, aligning assessment programs to support career planning, succession planning, and role readiness.
  • Receive strategic goals and success criteria from heads of departments and work independently with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute annual business plans.
  • Act and communicate on a regional level to gather buy-in, support, and define action/tactical goals, introducing leadership and assessment programs into new organizations.
  • Implement and communicate processes, policies, and systems in areas of responsibility and monitor their governance/application.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure a positive experience with the brand and control the quality of training delivery.
About You:
  • You will have a University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources management, or a related field to organizational learning and development.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a related position or specialization in Europe.
  • Experience in setting and supporting the implementation of strategies and driving results within the HR function.
  • Able to interact with a high volume of stakeholders while influencing, developing, and motivating people and engaging in changing behaviors.
