Head of LCV Business Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) business in Europe. As Head of LCV Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy that drives growth, profitability, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a mid-to-long-term strategy for LCV business across Europe, aligning with Hyundai Motor Europe's overall business objectives.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of experts in market analysis, product strategy, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective execution.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure the LCV business meets its financial targets.
- Collaborate with regional teams to establish and execute sales channel strategies, network development, and after-service initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the LCV business remains competitive and aligned with Hyundai Motor Europe's strategic plans.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a minimum of 3 years in a high-level functional management position.
- Proven track record of success in overseeing and managing LCV business strategy at the European market level.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent sales acumen and experience in B2B sales channel development.
