Your Mission
  • Strategic Development: Craft and implement holistic online performance marketing strategies across various platforms, including search engines, social media, and programmatic advertising to meet defined performance metrics.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the complete lifecycle of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals from inception to execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Examine campaign data to uncover trends and insights, refining strategies to enhance return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and other vital performance indicators.

Your Profile
  • Experience: 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in online performance marketing, with a solid history of managing and enhancing large-scale campaigns.
  • Expertise: Profound knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager is essential.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities with the skill to convert complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to maintain a strategic perspective while paying close attention to execution details.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly conveying ideas and strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
